Siro spun is a new spinning process developed on the basis of ring spinning, belonging to an improved technology of ring spinning. During production, two roving threads, which are kept at a certain distance from each other, are simultaneously drawn and output from the front roller. They converge and are simultaneously twisted in the twisting zone, directly spinning into a single yarn with a structure similar to a double-stranded yarn.
This process can produce tightly structured and evenly spun yarn without the need for additional plying, combining the convenience of single yarn weaving with the quality of plied yarn. Siro yarn has minimal hairiness, high strength, and good abrasion resistance. The fabric surface is smooth and flat, with clear texture, and excellent anti-pilling performance.
